Our approach delivers unprecedented sensitivity, accuracy, and informativity for diagnostics of multiple myeloma and other plasma cell dyscrasias. Our platform leverages whole genome sequencing (WGS) of cells isolated from both bone marrow and blood, providing significantly enhanced sensitivity and a wealth of diagnostic information compared to traditional bone marrow FISH assays. This enables more accurate diagnoses and earlier disease intervention, with routine blood monitoring facilitating proactive physician response through timely disease detection.
GenoPredicta™ provides ordering physicians with a molecular diagnostic tool to measure a spectrum of genomic alterations to determine prognostic risk of multiple myeloma (and other hematological malignancies) and inform therapeutic management.
The current diagnosis of MM requires a bone marrow biopsy and testing of tumor cells for major genetic alterations by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), which requires a large disease burden and is unable to detect some key molecular hallmarks and drivers of MM.
GenoPredicta™ aims to overcome the many limitations in the current standard of care of myeloma diagnosis and prognosis. FISH does not detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs) or small insertions/deletions (InDels) that are critical for the prognosis of myeloma such as mutations in TP53, KRAS, etc.
GenoPredicta™'s comprehensive characterization is also critical to identify specific alterations that are core to determining response/resistance to therapy such as BCMA deletion or GPRC5D mutations that are predictive of response/resistance to immunotherapies targeting BCMA and GPRC5D on the surface of MM cells.
